Valley County Health System has an excellent opportunity available for a Purchasing Assistant to join our Materials Management team. This position is part-time and will work 24 hours per week.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities for this position include:
- Maintaining distribution process for VCHS in a timely and effective manner Coordinating receiving of shipments and preparing shipments for pickup
- Fulfilling all office product orders; advising manager of updates
- Completing spreadsheets and requisitions
- Delivering supplies throughout the organization
