Purchasing Assistant

Valley County Health System has an excellent opportunity available for a Purchasing Assistant to join our Materials Management team. This position is part-time and will work 24 hours per week.

JOB SUMMARY:  Responsibilities for this position include:
  • Maintaining distribution process for VCHS in a timely and effective manner Coordinating receiving of shipments and preparing shipments for pickup
  • Fulfilling all office product orders; advising manager of updates
  • Completing spreadsheets and requisitions
  • Delivering supplies throughout the organization
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should possess excellent computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
