Materials Management Assistant
Valley County Health System (VCHS) has an excellent opportunity available for a Materials Management Assistant to join our Materials Management team. This position is part-time and will work 24 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining the distribution process for VCHS in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinating the receiving of shipments and preparing shipments for pickup
- Fulfilling all office product orders; advising manager of updates
- Completing spreadsheets and requisitions
- Delivering supplies throughout the organization
