Library Director

The Board of Trustees for the Ord Township Library is seeking an innovative, energetic, and community-focused Library Director to lead our library into its next chapter. The Director will oversee all library operations, personnel, financial management, and strategic planning. A complete job description is available at the library.  
Qualifications: An associate or bachelors’ degree is preferred.  
Skills: Strong budgetary, communication, and interpersonal skills; passion for public service and community outreach. A love of working with children is a priority.
Salary and Benefits:  Based on experience and education. Includes paid vacation and sick leave.
