Valley County Health System is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Rehabilitation Services team! This position is full-time and will work 40 hours per week.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides Physical Therapy services to inpatients and outpatients of the health system.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation.
- Coordinates and oversees the performance of patient care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Understands and enforces related regulations and laws which govern the performance of the services being provided.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Previous PT experience is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS: • Current Physical Therapist licensure for the state of Nebraska • Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required • Demonstrated safe and appropriate care within the standards of practice • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with computers required.
