Clinic RN/LPN
The Valley County Health System Medical Clinics have a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our professional and dedicated clinic healthcare team.
This position is a full-time day position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced clinic environment. Also included is a Saturday morning rotation. Qualified candidates must have current RN or LPN Licensure in the state of Nebraska and past experience is preferred but not required.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities for this position include:
-Maintaining and performing nursing tasks within scope of practice.
-Performs admission and assessment activities for each patient prior to being seen by the provider.
-Assists provider during clinic.
-Performs and maintains documentation.
REQUIREMENTS: • Current RN or LPN licensure for the state of Nebraska • Current CPR Certification • Strong knowledge and understanding of computers, programs and charting in an electronic medical record • Provide safe and appropriate care within the standards of nursing • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated leadership skills •
