Maintenance

Ord Housing Authority is excited to be expanding their maintenance department with another full time position.  The regular hours are 8-4:30, with an on-call rotation with the maintenance team.  Pay will determined by experience level.  Desirable benefit package with 13 yearly paid holidays following probationary period.  Searching for an individual that is organized, with the ability to prioritize and can work independently.  Applications may be picked up at the Ord Housing Authority Office, 2410 K Street, weekdays between 8-4:30 pm.  You can request an application by emailing oha@ordhousing.net.  This position is open until filled.  This institution is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
