Team Member
Hackel Cattle is seeking a long term, energetic, team member. We have an excellent, well maintained operation. We maintain generally 40-50 hours per week, about 3-5 weekend hours included in that, 3 weekend days per month, with lots of schedule flexibility. Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Equipment operator/shop maintenance:
- Are you a natural at running equipment?
- Do you enjoy the outdoors year round?
- Do you enjoy diversity in your work days, weeks, and seasons?
- Do you appreciate well maintained JD equipment in a heated shop?
- Do you enjoy working with cattle?
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
- A growth mindset that is constantly learning new things.
- The ability to self govern and successfully complete projects.
- Is detail oriented, organized, and systematic.
- Clearly communicates and actively listens to communicate information.
- Understands and utilizes technology well
- Possess five or more years job experience.
