Team Member

Hackel Cattle is seeking a long term, energetic, team member.  We have an excellent, well maintained operation. We maintain generally 40-50 hours per week, about 3-5 weekend hours included in that, 3 weekend days per month, with lots of schedule flexibility. Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Equipment operator/shop maintenance:

• Are you a natural at running equipment?
• Do you enjoy the outdoors year round?
• Do you enjoy diversity in your work days, weeks, and seasons?
• Do you appreciate well maintained JD equipment in a heated shop?
• Do you enjoy working with cattle?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

• A growth mindset that is constantly learning new things. 
• The ability to self govern and successfully complete projects. 
• Is detail oriented, organized, and systematic.
• Clearly communicates and actively listens to communicate information.
• Understands and utilizes technology well
• Possess five or more years job experience.
