During our Virtual Coffee Connections, we'll visit about members' workforce retention efforts and ways they build their company culture.

Conversation will be based on your curiosities...not a boring, structured agenda. Bring your questions to the (virtual) table! - Keep yourself muted if you're not speaking or ready to ask a question; it helps cut down on feedback and background noise
- Using your webcam is of course optional, but it's always nice to converse with faces rather than a black screen
- Use the chat box you have a question you don't want to forget or an affirmation to share while someone else is speaking
