Are you curious about any of our fitness or yoga classes offered here? We will have FREE 20 minute classes with our amazing trainers & instructors from 4-6:30 pm that you are welcome to come watch or participate in and see which ones would be a good fit for your needs!
If you participate in at least 3 open house demo classes you will receive passes to use toward any regular yoga or fitness classes!
