The Healthy You: A Wellness Class with Dr. Bernie Keown

Join Valley County Health System for The Healthy You: A Wellness Class with Dr. Bernie Keown on Tuesdays evenings at 6:00 PM October 22-November 26, 2024. Session include tons of fun, interactive assessments to see where you are health wise and then crafting your "blue print" to becoming healthier.  Yoga, tai chi, eating the 30-5-3 way, supermarket tour, cooking for health, weight training the right way, lets go!
