Spring Muster at Fort Hartsuff
The historic fort in Valley County will come alive with soldiers and civilians portraying 1870's roles and period attire.
Officers and soldiers will be portraying daily activities of the Plains soldier: marching and standing guard, parade and inspection, cannon firings, barracks life and soldier antics. Civilians will be portraying their daily tasks of laundresses, cooks adn seamstresses around the Fort for all visitors to enjoy.
Sunday afternoon will again have the "shootout" taking place at Fort Hartsuff.
The weekend will be filled with activities for the whole family to enjoy. Candle-making, peanuts and drinks will be available for free while supplies last.
