Ord Fireworks & Festivities
The Ord Rotary Club will again be sponsoring the fireworks display at the Ord baseball field July 4th. The display will begin at 10:00 pm. The Rotary will also be sponsoring games and activities for children through 14 years of age and will have a musical talent program prior to the fireworks display.
The activities will start at 7:30 pm including a two person team egg toss, three legged races, shoe kicking contest, bubble gum blowing contest, and giant bubble activities.
Age groups for the event are: under 8, 9-11, and 12-14. Participants can pre-register at many local merchants or can register upon arrival at teh ball park prior to 7:30 pm.
The Rotary is also soliciting music talent that would like to participate in teh music portion of the program from 9:15 - 10:00 pm.
