NDOL H2A Information Session
The Grand Island NDOL American Job Center and the Ord Area Chamber of Commerce would like to invite your business to this informational session to learn more about the Foreign Labor Certification and H2A worker process and how requests for foreign labor work visas could assist in sustaining your business. Whether you have already been using foreign labor for a while, or are recently new to the process or just have questions, this is the opportunity to ask.
Our workforce goals with this event are:
- Employer Awareness – H2A Worker Requests and other foreign labor topics will be discussed
- The Dept of Labor will provide Neworks navigational assistance for employers who are registered in Neworks
- Representative from Koley Jessen Law Firm will be joining us!!
This will be an in-person event facilitated by Dena Hawkes, Foreign Labor Certification – Housing Inspector for Central Nebraska. This is a great, no-cost opportunity for employers to come and learn about the topics surrounding Foreign Labor and how it can be used to your advantage.
