Turn in your unused or expired medication for safe disposal from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday April 26, 2014.
Bring medications to the Valley County Sheriff’s office in the Valley County Courthouse. Come in the door on the east side of the Valley County Courthouse which is in the town square.

Proper disposal of medicine is very important to prevent criminal misuse and accidental poisoning of children and pets. It also helps to prevent health problems from accidentally taking the wrong medicine, too much of the same medicine, or outdated medications that are no longer effective. Never flush medications down the toilet or pour them down the sink. Always dispose of medications properly to avoid contaminating our water supply.
