Maximizing Human Capital Workshop
Business owners and leaders face many challenges in our economy. One challenge remains consistent regardless of the economic conditions, human capital.
How to best develop, engage and retain talent is a pressing challenge in any business. The largest investment for any business is their employees, their human capital. This session will focus on how to grow talent internally for a long-term approach to assure the right talent is in place for the future.
