This REACH-approved workshop will take families step-by-step through the homebuying process. Topics covered include:
Deciding whether homeownership is right for you
Shopping for a house that meets your needs
The mortgage payment and other costs of homeownership
Credit
Obtaining a home mortgage
Closing the sale
Maintaining the home after it's yours
This workshop is presented by Central Nebraska Housing Developers.
