Homebuyer Education Workshop

This ​REACH-approved workshop will take families step-by-step through the homebuying process.

Topics Covered Include:
 Deciding whether homeownership is right for you
 Shopping for a house that meets your needs
 The mortgage payment and other costs of home-ownership
 Credit
 Obtaining a home mortgage
 Closing the sale
 Maintaining the home after it’s yours
