Homebuyer Education Workshop
This REACH-approved workshop will take families through the homebuying process.
Topics covered include:
· Deciding whether homeownership is right for you
· Shopping for a house that meets your needs
· The mortgage payment and other costs of homeownership
· Credit
· Obtaining a home mortgage
· Closing the sale
· Maintaining the home after it's yours
Participants must attend both evenings to receive certificate of completion.
