Heartsaver CPR/First Aid/AED Class
Basic CPR is the attempt to restore spontaneous circulation using the techniques of chest wall compressions and pulmonary ventilation.
Classes are tought by qualified, approved American Heart Association (AHA) instructors who will utilize the AHA curriculum accepted by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Credential documentations (cards) are available for two years.
The new Heartsaver course is approved for the child care provider requirement. This course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in a child in the first few minutes until professional help arrives as well as general principles, medical, injury and environmental emergencies, CPR and AED. Includes a 20 minute lunch break. (7 hours)

Payment is required at time of registration. The cost includes tuition, textbook and card. Books will be distributed during the class session.
Early registration is encouraged. Enrollment is limited and registrations will be honored in the order they are received.
