Fremont Pathfinders at Friends of Fort Hartsuff
The Fremont Pathfinders will be at Fort Hartsuff on Memorial Day Weekend 2013. The soldiers will be stationed at teh Fort on Saturday and Sunday and will be bunking in the Enlisted Men's Barracks during their stay. There will be a blacksmith on duty and soldiers can be seen performing their daily activities. Visitors are encouraged to come and tour the park to get a sense of 1870's military life.
On Saturday at approximately 10:00 p.m. there will be a cannon shoot at Fort Hartsuff.
There will also be a quilt display at the Commanding Officer's Quarters Saturday and Sunday, Noon to 5:00 p.m. each day.
