Death on the Plains Event: 1876 Fort Hartsuff

Fort Hartsuff State Historical Park continues its 150th Anniversary with a commemoration of the 1876 Battle of the Blowout and the death of Sergeant William Dougherty of the 23rd Infantry.  Planning is underway for two days of reenactments and presentations.
