Beer Supper with Scratchtown & Jubilee Events & Catering

Each quarter Scratachtown Brewing Company and Jubilee Events & Catering team up to host beer suppers that focus on beer & cuisine pairings reflective of the seasons. You'll enjoy a multi-course meal with select beer pairings, along with a social hour to kick-off each supper.

This time, we're focusing on a traditional Bohemian meal with continental style lagers to compliment them. Pairing menu will be:

Appetizer: Bromboracky (Potato Pancake) & Smaz̆en̍y Sy̍r (Battered and Fried Cheese) w/ Blanc Pils

Soup: Creamy Garlic Pole̍vka, Sage and Gruyere Sourdough Chle̍b w/ Sandhills Gold Bohemian Blonde Ale

Main Course: Pec̆ena̍ Kachna with Kledi̍̍ky and Sauerkraut (Duck with Dumplings) w/ Workin’ Man Dortmunder Export Lager

Dessert: Makovec (Poppyseed cake) w/ Bohemsky Bohemian Amber Lager
