DESCRIPTION:Grab some friends\, pull on your sneakers and air up your bike tires\, as you join us for VCHS Foundation's inaugural Sneakers & Spokes Biathlon Relay on September 24\, 2016. We hope that you will join us on this crazy running and biking adventure\, and we can't wait for you to experience the fun!\n\n\n\nThis event will feature a 50 mile running and biking biathlon relay\, 5k run or 1 mile walk to benefit the Valley County Health System Foundation. Kicking off at the Foundation office\, 207 S. 26th St.\, enjoy a scenic route along the North Loup river\, passing through historic Fort Hartsuff and local communities. Following the event\, we will have an awards ceremony where prizes will be given to winners in all categories\, as well as for best team and individual outfits! Be creative! Dress up! Have fun!
