The second place photo will receive $100 in ChamberBucks. \n\n\n\nYou can submit photos to kvolf@frontier.com by Friday\, September 23 at 5:00 pm.  Anonymous voting will take place online the following week.  Winners will be announced on Friday\, September 30.
