If you disturb more than 6 sq. ft. of a painted surface in any one interior room or 20 sq. ft. on the exterior of a pre-1978 home\, then these rules effect you. \n\n\n\nFor information on the EPA's new Renovation\, Repair\, and Painting Rule and to register for the training class\, contract Leigh Alexander. \n\n\n\nContractors with previous lead-based paint training are not exempt from this new training requirement.
