DESCRIPTION:VCED is hosting a special presentation of their Downtown Second Story Living study completed in 2024. During this event\, attendees will get a special look at results of the study\, including renderings and financial proformas\, as well as take a tour of developed and undeveloped second story locations. Study presentation will begin at Hey Honey Boutique at 6:30 PM\, followed by tour of seven downtown locations. A reception\, with food and drink\, will be hosted immediately following the tour at Magiera's second story (located above American Family Insurance). Limited space is available for this event\, so please RSVP to info@ordnebraska.com or (308) 728-7875.
