It can also help business owners and mangers anticipate capital and equipment requirements. \n\n\n\nThe Ord Area Chamber of Commerce\, Valley County Economic Development\, and the Rural Enterprise Assistance Project (REAP) are teaming up to provide Business Plan Basics training for local entrepreneurs and business owners in Valley County.
