Kid's Division is "Favorite Cartoon Character." \n\nJudged divisions include Grand Prize and 1st - 3rd Place. \n\nFloats: Business\, Youth\, Church\, Kids\, Organizations\n\nBest of Show for Cars\, Tractors\, Farm Equipment\n\nHorses: 1st - 3rd Place and Best Horse-Drawn\n\nJudging begins at 9:30 am.
